§ 93.062. RECONSIDERATION.

- If the Council should determine that a private street is not eligible for acceptance into the public street system, the applicant may reapply no sooner than six months following the date a decision is made by the City Council. In such cases where an application is submitted for reconsideration, the applicant shall be required to submit a written statement, explaining how the revised application has been amended from the original application and/or shall be required to describe any circumstances that may have changed and that would warrant the reconsideration. The original procedures described in this subchapter shall apply.(Ord. 06-2013, passed 4-15-2013)
