§ 93.061. ACCEPTANCE BY THE CITY COUNCIL.

- No private street shall be accepted into the public system by the city until the petitioner has presented the city with evidence that a full 60% of the property owners having property with frontage upon the existing private road are in favor of the proposed acceptance of the street, and the physical and financial requirements associated with such acceptance. Such evidence should be supplied in the form of a signed petition.(Ord. 06-2013, passed 4-15-2013)
