§ 93.054. TURNAROUNDS.

(A) Any single means of access serving more than two lots or dwelling units shall include one of the following at the end of a public street:
(1) A turnaround with a 30-foot turning radius;
(2) A hammerhead “T” turn;
(3) A continuous loop layout.
