§ 93.052. PUBLIC STREET REQUIREMENTS.

The standards and requirements of this subchapter shall apply to all streets proposed for acceptance into the public road network after the date of adoption of this subchapter. Furthermore, the standards and requirements of this subchapter shall also apply to existing public streets when any of the following occurs.
