§ 135.99. PENALTY.

  • (A) Any person violating any provision of this chapter for which no specific penalty is prescribed shall be subject to § 10.99.
    (B) Any person, firm, copartnership, corporation, group, or association that shall violate the terms of §§ 135.15et seq. shall be liable for prosecution and, upon conviction, shall be subject to a fine of not more than $100 and/or confinement in the County Jail not to exceed 90 days. Violators may be prosecuted as disorderly persons. Persons under the age of 17 years shall be subject to the jurisdiction and sanctions of the State Juvenile Code as administered by the County Probate Court, Juvenile Division.
