§ 70.03. EXCEPTIONS TO § 70.01.

- The City Council may, in hardship cases, authorize parking during the periods set forth in § 70.01, when it shall appear that off-street parking on premises fronting on the streets is not reasonably available on the premises. The permits shall designate the parking area and vehicles, and in no event shall such parking continue after elimination of the hardship, nor shall the permit authorize parking contrary to the provisions of § 70.04.(1995 Code, § 54-58) (Ord. 50, passed 6-4-1972)
