§ 52.027. DESCRIPTION OF POLLUTANTS BY SAMPLING AND ANALYSIS.

- Significant noncategorical industrial users shall submit to the Authority Manager at least once every six months (on dates specified by the Authority Manager) a description of the nature, concentration, and flow of the pollutants required to be reported by the Authority. These reports shall be based on sampling and analysis performed in the period covered by the report, and performed in accordance with the techniques described in § 52.019(B)(5). This sampling and analysis may be performed by the Authority in lieu of the significant noncategorical industrial user. Where the Authority itself collects all the information required for the report, the significant noncategorical industrial user will not be required to submit the report.(1995 Code, § 58-278) (Ord. passed 5-22-1995) Penalty, see § 52.999
