§ 50.085. AUTHORITY TO PROHIBIT OR RESTRICT WATER USAGE.

The City Council, upon a finding that there is presently a water shortage or that such a water shortage may be imminent in the city public water system, shall have the power to pass a resolution totally prohibiting or restricting the use of the public water system for outdoor watering within the city limits. The resolution shall state the finding mentioned in this section, and shall state the date the prohibition or restriction shall take effect.
