§ 95.40. ABATEMENT BY THE CITY.

Upon the failure of the person upon whom notice to abate a nuisance was served, pursuant to the provisions of this subchapter to abate the nuisance, the city shall proceed to abate the nuisance and shall prepare a statement of costs incurred in the abatement thereof.
