§ 30.02. SPECIAL MEETINGS.

  • The City Council, by its judgment, may convene a special meeting upon the request of a citizen or a taxpayer. In the event of the meeting, the applicant shall advance the actual cost of publication, City Council meeting per diem, or any other costs which the city may incur. The actual estimated meeting cost shall be deposited with the City Clerk prior to the meeting call to order.
